The criteria to become an Apex Advisor is easy to express, but incredibly difficult to achieve. Apex Advisors must:
a) have received international recognition; and
b) demonstrate excellent teaching in a comprehensive assessment; and
c) demonstrate ≥95% percentile competence in the subject taught;
d) commit to continued professional development and education; and
e) continue to demonstrate excellence in regularly observed sessions.
To retain the best, we know we also must treat our staff the best. As Apex Advisors ourselves, we know the immense commitment excellent tutoring requires, so we compensate our Advisors accordingly. Not only do we pay our Advisors a best-in-class proportion of revenue -- >75% of all moneys earned on average -- but we also ensure they have the resources needed for success.

We'd put the tutoring we offer up against any other tutoring company, and we offer it for a fraction of the price. How can we do this? Because we're an organization by students for students; our mission isn't to embrace huge profit margins, it's to educate the next generation and provide steady income for best-in-class scholars who, living off grad student budgets, deserve great pay for the excellence they've demonstrated. By booking coaching with Apex, you're not paying for someone's third vacation home -- you're supporting a best-in-class scholar while receiving a best-in-class education yourself.

A Mission That's More Than Just Words
We're on a mission to make excellent tutoring available to all, and we embrace that mission by:
1) Offering profit-free billing to students with demonstrated financial need, as evidenced by a fee waiver for standardized testing or for an application service.
2) Donating 20% of profit to educational equity charities selected quarterly by our advisors.

As a part of our commitment to accessibility, our services are always available to be purchased by the hour. Gone are the days of expensive packages with added services and hours you'll never need -- or which are far lower quality than you expected when you signed on the dotted line.
Why do we do this? Because we don't feel like we need to trap you to win your business. Our Advisors' excellence alone brings Apex students back, and their referrals bring new students to our door.

A Bespoke, Team-Based Approach
By working with Apex, you or your student's progress will be supervised by a team of tutors, all collaborating to bring the student closer to their unique goals. Advisors collaborate on shared company resources and can lean on each other for assistance; if you need help with an area an Advisor feels less comfortable in, you might just be offered a session with a scholar specifically knowledgable in the field in question! Our service is bespoke, with expertise, teaching methods, and a curriculum tailored right to you.
But with this highly-talented roster, it's likely that we'll match you with a tutor who's an expert in whatever you're studying to start. However, if we don't have a perfect match, we'll commit to using our scholarship networks to find one! Combined, we have hundreds of contacts who might be the perfect Advisor for you!
